Timber Ridge Downtown is a beautifully manufactured condominium set just moments away from the peak excitement of Aspen at its inescapable attractions. Located right in the Lift 1A area, near the city center so you can walk to all of Aspen’s great shopping and dining and just a few minutes away from the Silver Queen Gondola. Koch Park is also just a few steps away offering quaint greenery to this centralized location.

Upon entrance the first thing you see is a beautiful wood-burning fire place with an alluring sitting area setting the tone for how warm and comfortable this condo is. White interiors are bright and spacious. The well-thought out floor plan situates the kitchen directly in the middle of the condo which is great for hosting guests but also sets down two separated bedrooms on opposite ends of the unit with large windows to take advantage of light and ensure a nice quiet space to retreat.
